Anything is possible with Trackers. Your team could be learning wilderness survival, trailing a bear under the safe guidance of our expert trackers, milking our goats and making gourmet cheese, foraging for wild plants, learning about the complex ecology of connections in the natural world and even training super secret stealth, invisibility and evasion skills in a giant live-action bow and foam arrow battle.

Whether at our own site or one of your choosing, Trackers offers overnight adventures like no other corporate training program. Our standards of safety and the collective skills of our staff far exceed conventional survival training schools. We also offers a unique perspective on community building within our programs. Wilderness & Outdoor Survival Don't just learn to survive, learn to thrive. Our "survival" programs are about learning to intelligently read the land around you, to assess any working environment. We develop an powerful awareness of resources and even how to cultivate their long-term sustainability in both wild and organizational settings.
Animal Tracking Following a herd of elk through the wilderness, trailing a black bear through it's own territory and puzzling together the hunting strategies of cougar are all epic experiences. More importantly, the art of tracking teaches your team how to focus on both subtle details and still look ahead with grand scope. Tracking holds some of the most ancient strategies in problem solving, systems mapping and awareness, while still being highly relevant to "perception of truth in all matters".
The Curriculum of Shadows We know the name is really cool. But what is it? Simply put, The Curriculum of Shadows is about intensive and extremely honed Awareness. It is about stealth and invisibility. Through training in fun scenarios exercises, your team learns to adapt with an agility found only in through wilds of nature. This is a super-stealth-ninja-training dramatically changes how you team both works to together and perceives the world around them.
Wild Edible Plants & Homesteading Forage and living self-sufficient on the land teaches your team about sustainability and ecology. How do you foster a company that both locally based will also globally relevant. Train skills in self-sufficiency applicable to both the rural and urban village. The modern world seems to have lost the common sense and competency that comes through working with our hands. These crafts are more than simply manual labor, they teach creativity, art and craft through clear and relevant results.
Regenerative Ecological Relationships Many people have heard about Permaculture and sustainable design. We try to take it to the next level. Focusing on relationships and not simply individual components in a system informs us how we can better foster methods, teams and procedures that actually regenerate and improve themselves. The ultimate goal is a healthier landscape or organization. A better yield or product. In The Wilders Way: Regenerative Ecological Relationships, we draw direct and relevant analogies in habitat restoration and gardening to how your team cultivates a company culture of support, efficiency and excellence.

2-3 hours In-office Seminar Outdoor survival or any of the above topics, $20 per person
2-3 hour Field Experience Hands-on skills in any of the above topics, $40 per person
6-8 hour Field Experience Full-day program in any of the topics above, $75 per person
Overnight Field Experience Overnight program in any of the topics above
$150 per person for the first night. Each additional night $125 per person. Meals & simple lodging included***

If travel expenses for our entire team is cost prohibitive for your budget we may recommend a smaller and local wilderness school for you to work with. We can send a lead Trackers Coordinator, helping to train and partner with their staff to insure your students get the best programming possible.
