Now accepting applications for Fall 2020 - Spring 2021.
Enrolling Kindergarten, Grades 1-8
Forest School trains the next generation of students to be adaptive, resilient, and thoughtful leaders. Our interdisciplinary curriculum blends academics with hands-on learning and connection to the natural world.
Update for 2020-21
Our full-time Forest School is open to new students for the remainder of the term and for Fall 2020. What makes Forest School serve our students so fantastically in the forest is also extremely adaptable.
We maintain powerfully low ratios for every class—1 teacher to 12 students for our oldest grades, lower for elementary. It's a way for our students to get personalized instruction everyday of the week. If you want to learn more about Forest School's strength in small class sizes for outdoor learning, contact us.
The Forest is our classroom
We are a school of community and nature. Students journey outside and into the forest every day. They learn through collaboration with peers and alongside their mentors.
We dive into naturalist studies and life sciences, fostering research skills that last a lifetime. Journeying beyond nature play, we live with the seasons, forage for wild foods, and make forest tools and crafts. The students of the Trackers Forest School grow with the land, plants, and animals who share our world.
