Archery Apprenticeship, plus Make a Bow Portland, Oregon

Archery CampMore summer camps >

The Trackers Rangers Guild presents an opportunity to go in depth into craft of archery and bowmaking.

Become the Archer

During this week you work with mentors to develop and hone your skill as an archer. Each morning archery lessons are held up at either the Washington Park or Blue Lake archery range. Our expert instructors work with you to improve form, focus and accuracy.

Make Your Bow

You also train woods archery skills, participating in fun and intensive stealth games with safe foam arrows and bamboo bows.

All this plus you craft your own traditional wooden bow. You hew a beautiful hardwood tool that perfectly fits your own draw. Being your first bowmaking experience, we focus on the art of tillering and shaping. You work hard to bring about the exact bend required to launch your arrow in flight, always striking its target right and true.

Payment Plans

For families who need it, we can offer flexible payment plans. Contact Molly to learn more. A non-refundable deposit is always required to reserve your space.
