Join the B.P.R.D! The Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense needs your help to defend humanity against various occult horrors and paranormal threats.

Recruitment and Training

Find out if you have what it takes to join an elite team of paranormal investigators combating the forces of darkness from all across the globe. We immerse you in tactical training of all forms, including survival in any environment (both earthly and non), martial arts and self-defense specific to praeternatural entities, hand to hand weaponry (we train foam swords, bows and more) and forensic investigation. All the key skills that every agent must have, plus you are steeped in the history of the Bureau and legacy of paranormal research.

Call to Action

Recruits get actual field time during the entire camp. Learning is hands-on with essential survival skills such as shelter building, stealth and tactical and martial arts training.

Grade 5-12 - Day Camp Younger recruits train survival and field skills in local greenspaces.

Overnight Camp

Grade 6-8 & 9-12 - Overnight Camp Older recruits join us at Camp Trackers near Sandy, Oregon for a Sunday to Friday overnight. There we investigate reports of dark figures and strange happenings at the camp.

Drop-off/Pick-up Time

We leave on our Trackers Buses from 4617 SE Milwaukie Avenue, Portland, Oregon at 1:30pm on Sunday and return at 2pm every Friday.

Overnight Camp Location

Sandy, Oregon at our Rangers Camp in the Marmot Valley is our beautiful woodland site on the edge of the Bull Run Wilderness.

Consecutive Weeks

For campers staying more than one week, we offer Weekend Adventures. With canoes trips to mountain lakes and trips to the Oregon Coast you see the best of the Pacific Northwest. Learn more

Airport Shuttle We offer shuttle service from Portland International Airport, to set this up before you book your flight learn more about flying to camp.

Scholarships

We have scholarship awards available of up to 5%-25% of for families in need. Due to limited funds of awards we recommend you apply early to increase your family's chances of acceptance. Submit a scholarship application.

3pm: Shuttle Bus arrives
Afternoon Camp orientation, move in, evening dinner, first campfire
Monday-Wednesday
Breakfast and Cabin Duties, Guild Activities, Lunch and Cabin Duties, Guild Activities, Dinner and Campfire
Thursday
Breakfast and Cabin Duties, Guild Activities, Lunch and Cabin Duties, Feast Preparation or Epic Stealth Game, Feast, Final Campfire Ceremony
Friday
Morning camp games, camp clean-up and pack.
Afternoon lunch, closing ceremony.
2pm -2:45pm: Parent pick-up from Trackers HQ 4617 SE Milwaukie Avenue, Portland, Oregon.
