Our expert Trackers Guides lead fun camps with hands-on crafting skills. Younger grades explore and learn new skills. Older grades take on greater challenges and share skills across generations in leadership roles.
Grade 1-2 Woodworking Shop Explore hands-on woodworking skills. Use hand drills and miter box saws. Learn to safely handle simple wood carving tools. Hammer, glue, and paint your creations to take home.
Grade 3-6 Woodworking Shop Build your woodworking skills. Create and build your own designs. Learn to safely use bladed tools like woodcarving. Train in shop and tool safety.
Grade 7-10 Woodworking Leader-in-Training (LIT): Folk Craft, Woodworking & DIY Become a model woodworker. Inspire younger campers learning woodcraft while creating your own projects. Connect with and inspire younger campers as a Leader-in-Training at Trackers. Register here…
Our Trackers Team
Each mentoring team is led by trained Trackers staff, including program coordinators and guides, who work together to create the Best Camp in the Known Universe for your child. Our guide qualifications include:
- Background-checked staff, certified in First Aid & CPR.
- Low student-to-guide ratios for team-based learning.
- Ongoing professional development in youth mentorship and care.
- Extensive training in safety and essential Trackers skills.
The Trackers Journey
Our program follows the Trackers Journey, where new and old friends come together for an epic adventure. Participants develop skills in independence, grit, and self-direction. Together as a Trackers team, they learn to care for and connect with their community, many generations, and nature.
