Make seasonal crafts with our Artisans, warm up by the fire, shop handmade gifts from local makers, and trade treasures at the Winter Goblin Market. Enter the cookie contest, flaunt your ugliest sweater, and take a turn on the archery and axe-throwing ranges. New this year: Santa AND Mrs. Claus, plus the occasional Krampus.

Holiday cheer, Trackers style. Whether you're brand new to Trackers or returning for another season, the Holiday Faire is our thank-you to the families who make this community what it is. It's a free afternoon of crafts, contests, and real skills, with a market for gifts and a fire to warm up by. Ugly sweaters encouraged.
Kids and grown-ups make seasonal crafts with our Artisans, shop handmade gifts from local makers, trade treasures at the Winter Goblin Market, and take their turn at archery and axe throwing. Enter your cookies, flaunt your sweater, and bring a camera for Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, together for the first time, and the occasional Krampus. We wrap at 2:30 with daylight to spare.
Holiday Faire Activities
Every station is free, guided, and open all day. Drop in, make something, trade a treasure.
🏹 Archery & Axes
Free open-range archery and the satisfying thunk of an axe in wood. Gear provided, Guides at every lane, all ages welcome. Even Santa takes a turn.

Do your cookies have what it takes? Bring a dozen for the League of Extraordinary Cookie Experts. Judging at 1:30. Contest rules ↓
🧥 Sweater Showdown
Flaunt your festive flair. Secret judges wander the Faire all day handing out prizes for the ugliest sweaters in the building.
🎄 Seasonal Crafts
Make something to hang on the tree or give away. Our Artisans run felting and ornaments all day, plus a tree to trim together.
🎁 Artisan Craft Faire
One-of-a-kind gifts handmade by local artisans, just in time for the holidays. Want a table of your own? Contact us to be a vendor.
🧙 Winter Goblin Market
Barter trinkets and found baubles like a proper forest goblin. Bring your trades, and remember: no money, no food. How it works →
🔥 The Fire Circle
Warm up by the fire with a hot drink, swap holiday stories, and gather for the traditions that make the season feel like home.
🎅 Santa & Mrs. Claus
New this year: Santa Claus AND Mrs. Claus, together, for visits, wishes, and photos by the tree. Bring your list, your camera, and your manners for the occasional Krampus.
The Day 🕯️
Stations run all day. Come when you can and stay as long as you like. Cookies check in by 1:15 for the 1:30 judging.
- 10:30 AM Doors open. Craft faire, Goblin Market, and all stations open
- 1:15 PM Cookie contest check-in closes
- 1:30 PM Cookie judging. Sweater prizes announced
- 2:30 PM Holiday Faire ends. Caretaking & cleanup
Before You Come
Kids, grown-ups, elves, and goblins, all welcome. Come in your sweater, come hungry, and stay for the fire.
🍪 Contest Rules
Bring a dozen of your best homemade holiday cookies or treats to the contest check-in booth by 1:15 PM. Judging is at 1:30 and is anonymous; only the check-in team knows who made what.
Include a list of ingredients and the name of your cookies or treats. The check-in team labels them with your name, email, and phone.
Three go to the judges. Once checked in, the team sets aside three cookies for the League of Extraordinary Cookie Experts. The rest go out for everyone to share.
Ugly Sweater Showdown has no check-in. Wear it, and the secret judges will find you. Sweater prizes are announced with the cookie winners at 1:30.
🧭 Good to Know
Youth Participants Guardians must fully supervise children under 16. Teens 16+ may attend without a guardian only with explicit consent and acknowledgement that Trackers is not providing direct, continuous supervision.

Caretaking & Cleanup Let's leave our home better than we find it. At this free community event, we're grateful to those who help care for and clean up as stewards of our school.

RSVPs help us plan enough cocoa and craft supplies for everyone. Walk-ins are always welcome.
