This is a part-time, morning position for an experienced Prep Cook seeking to work typical breakfast hours, from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
We're looking for seasonal staff responsible for preparing and delivering sack lunches for Trackers Earth campers. Trackers Earth is Portland’s largest summer camp organization serving hundreds of campers every day.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Pay: $12.00 hourly
Job Requirements:
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- At Least One Year of Previous Experience in the Food Services Industry Preferred
- Current Food Handlers Card
- Knowledge of Oregon Health and Safety Codes and Regulations
- Ability to Create High Quality, Kid-Friendly Sack Lunches. Vegetarian and Meat Options.
- Maintain the Kitchen, Cleanliness of Equipment, Prep Stations and Cooking Area.
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Exemplary Attendance
- Ability to Work Well With Others
