Care and Safety Information as You Join Us for Upcoming Adventures
Thank you so much for being a part of our community! We’re highlighting information and answers to some frequently asked questions, to help inspire us coming together for fun, outdoor experiences this Fall and Winter. The safety of our kids, staff, and extended Trackers family is our top priority. Since the onset of Covid-19, and over the last eighteen months, we have continuously operated a diverse slate of immersive programming (thank you for joining us!). We continue to review guidance from the CDC, State and Local health authorities, and recommendations from the American Camp Association to deliver the safest and most rewarding experiences possible.
Our programs are designed to be flexible and we will update you as guidelines or policies change. Please contact our Family Success team for any questions, concerns, or accommodations -hello@trackerseath.com.
Vaccines
We are requiring our staff to be vaccinated. Also, we are asking all kids age 12 and above to have verification of their vaccination in their Trackers Earth account profile prior to the start of their program. We will ask for vaccine verifications for additional age cohorts as they gain wider access to vaccination.
Transportation
School Year Programs that use transportation are SE Portland Homeschool, Rovers and Rangers Apprenticeship, Mariners Apprenticeship, Outdoor Adventure Apprenticeship, and potentially Realms Apprenticeship, Realms Homeschool and Plumper Homeschool. Through additional guidance provided by the CDC, ACA and OHA, when kids are being transported with their group, masks will be required, and vehicle windows will remain down for additional air circulation.
Masking
Through additional guidance provided by the CDC, when kids are outdoors in open spaces with their group, masks will not be required when more than 6 ft apart. Masks will be required when in close proximity during check-in and check-out, and indoors or during transportation if included in your programming.
Program Cohorts / Groups
We maintain small group sizes in stable cohorts. If the program is transported, during transport time, the group size may be larger.
