Paintball Apprenticeship
Through our apprenticeships, expert Trackers Guides act as mentors to youth and teens learning in a small team of fellow Trackers. Kids share epic adventures while learning real outdoor skills:
Immerse yourself in dynamic gameplay scenarios that enhance skill and awareness. Learn how to communicate effectively, coordinate attacks, and execute flawless strategies with your team.
Develop leadership skills while playing with your team. Positively motivate others and grow through a culture of sportsmanship and shared respect with your teammates.
Master the art of maneuvering and agility in the field, utilizing cover, and understanding the dynamics of different terrains. Enhance your agility, speed, and situational awareness to outmaneuver opposing teams.
Our Team
Experienced Trackers Mentors lead this program. Each day, they help students build deeper connections with each other, their community, and nature.
- Expertise in mentoring and Trackers skills.
- Low student-to-guide ratio facilitating personal, team-based learning.
- Background checked with First Aid & CPR certification.
- Trained in outdoor safety and the Trackers Earth curriculum.
Our Place
We journey from Trackers HQ to our private paintball field by shuttle with trained drivers. Our field is located at Trackers' private 351-acre wildlife park in Sandy, OR. When the weather calls for it, we might choose to stay closer to home, training in strategy, teamwork, and hands-on skills at our studios and nearby nature parks.
Mentoring Programs
Guides mentor Apprentices in Trackers skills that foster teamwork, independence, and connection to the natural world. Our curriculum is tailored to each age group and adapts creatively to the interests of each team. Teams usually include four to eight Apprentices who are closest in age. If you would like friends placed together within the same grade range, please send a friend request.
