Thank you for your interest in teaching with Trackers. Take your time with this application. We’re looking for leaders who care about craft, safety, and kids growing stronger through challenge. Please confirm you can attend all required training dates before submitting.
Select all roles you are interested in and qualified for:
Guide (Educator): 1+ year experience in youth education. Proven track record of reliability and ability to report on time.
Coordinator (Manager): 2+ years in both education and team management. Able to support staff and youth.
Site Supervisor (Manager): 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role at a large-scale day camp, childcare center, after-school, or youth recreation .
Specialist (Mentor): 3+ years advanced skill in one area: ceramics, woodworking, forestry, farming, ranching, bushcraft, hunter safety, primitive fishing, rock climbing, or paddle sports. No additional categories apply.
Camp Support: Growth mindset. Support the start and end of every camp day with pre and after camp programming.
Flexible Substitute: 1+ year experience in education. Able to support on an as-needed basis and attend substitute training.

At Trackers, being part of our team means committing to be present for and support one another when it matters most. Staff must attend all required trainings. Because training requires significant resources, priority is given to applicants with full-summer and full-week availability. Commitment supports continuity for kids and strengthens team culture. Scheduling is finalized based on enrollment, availability, and training performance, including readiness for safety and leadership. Applicants needing flexibility may apply as a Flexible Substitute.
