We need experienced and friendly parking lot attendants who can help facilitate customer parking and maintain parking areas. This is a fantastic part-time position for someone who can keep our parking lot running smoothly and can also bring a sense of humor to a hectic morning and afternoon.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Keeping traffic flowing normally
- Assisting with Trackers bus traffic
- Ensuring safety for students and staff
- Monitoring the parking lot designated for Trackers Parents
- Directing Parents to appropriate parking spaces
- Greeting Trackers Parents and Students, Directing people to their destinations
- Reminding people to be courteous to the surrounding neighborhood residents
- Escorting guests to vehicle when requested
- Communicating on a radio with drivers and staff
- Offer customers assistance when requested (jumper cables, etc.)
- Trash patrol
- Maintaining excellent customer relations
- Must be able to stand for the entire duration of each shift
- Bonus: be handy with a lightsaber, for directing traffic
Above all, this position requires a positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Trackers Staff may assign other related duties.
