Lead by example. Learn by doing. Grow through adventure. Step into a leadership journey with Trackers Earth. As a Leader-in-Training (LIT) student, you build outdoor mastery, teamwork, and confidence while connecting with and inspiring younger campers. Choose your path through Rangers Wilderness Survival, Wilders Ranching, Outdoor Adventure, or Realms Role-Playing, each blending outdoor skills, mentorship, and adventure. It’s education through action, community, and the wild.

Develop Leadership Through Action

LIT participants learn by doing. Practice clear communication, creative problem-solving, and teamwork while modeling positive camp culture for younger Trackers—always as a camper and learner under mentor supervision. You strengthen outdoor skills and grow as a leader through reflection, challenge, and mentorship.

Connect the Trackers Community

Leadership means more than standing in front—it means standing with. LIT students help build a culture of kindness, curiosity, safety, and stewardship by connecting with and inspiring younger campers. You belong to a peer cohort that learns together, supports each other, and uplifts younger campers through example.

High Expectations & Support

Leader-in-Training (LIT) campers model respect, care, and curiosity in supervised settings. They demonstrate kindness, awareness, and responsibility as part of our code of care. Meeting these expectations supports success in the program and future opportunities. If expectations are not met, participation may be reassessed to ensure a positive and safe experience for all.

Note: Overnight LIT tuition is discounted to increase educational access for leadership and outdoor learning. This is a student program and not employment.
